I was quite happy to have been a part of this year's John Donald Robb Composers' Symposium. My duo with Raven Chacon, Mesa Ritual, played Wednesday to a full crowd at the ARTS Lab garage space. We "played the space" as part of our set uses low frequencies (20-150Hz) and the waves rhythmically shake the architecture, air ducts, etc. Physical sound. My solo concert that night was fun and the panel and seminar I got to co-teach with Adam Overton and Raven Chacon were also a blast. Thanks again to Raven Chacon and Chris Shultis.
Next up: April 22nd at the Albuquerque Peace & Justice center with Daniel A.I.U. Higgs and Bill Nace...
